Fargo Moorhead City Soccer (FMCS) In consideration of your team to participate in any way in the program, related events and activities, I the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that: Only players who have signed the Participant Release of Liability Waiver can play in any FMCS league or tournament game. I will ensure only players who have signed this waiver will be allowed to play for my team during any FMCS league tournament, game or friendly. Only players listed on my team’s official roster can play in any FMCS league or tournament game. I willingly agree to comply with these terms and will ensure that only players on my team’s official roster will play in such games. I understand that I will be held accountable if my players are found to be in violation of this rule and me my team will be penalized and held accountable. I have read and understood the FMCS Laws, and will ensure my team honors and follows these laws. I understand that harassment of any kind is not tolerated, and ensure my team will refrain from this kind of behavior. If any player from my team harasses another player, referee, assistant referee, spectator, etc., I (the acting captain) will ask them to leave the field and game area. I understand that fighting is not allowed and any player involved in a fight will be required to leave the field and game area and may be banned from future FMCS organized events indefinitely. I also understand my team will be charged a fee for fighting. I understand that this is a recreational league with the purpose of providing a safe, competitive, and enjoyable season. I ensure that my team and I will uphold these values. We require increased participant hygiene and accountability. *Participants need to stay home if they are sick or feel sick. *All ‘at risk’ individuals should stay home. *Participants need to notify FM City Soccer if they become sick. *Participants must meet these criteria: *No signs or symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days and have no known exposure to someone that has been ill in 14 days. *Have no above normal temperature readings; temperature checks should be conducted by players prior to attending games. *Team coaches/captains should ask their participants if they meet the above criteria prior to each game’s coin toss and report responses to the referee. Participants who do not meet the above criteria must leave the facility before the referee will start the match. *All participants should follow state guidelines for COVID-19 testing and quarantine requirements. *Participants should not share water bottles. *Participants should place bags/equipment 6 feet apart. *No unnecessary contact (huddles, handshakes, high fives, hugs, group celebrations). *Coaches should wear a facemask. *Players may wear facemasks if they wish. *Participants should not share unwashed equipment (such as uniforms and shin guards). *Participants should wash hands before games and bring their own hand sanitizer to use during/after games. *Participants should wash clothing between each use and sanitize shared equipment (such as balls) prior to games. *Players should not touch anyone else’s equipment. |
